What is the relationship between Solverboard, Acclaim Ideas and Sopheon?
Solverboard was acquired by Sopheon in May 2022. In August 2022 we re-launched Solverboard as Acclaim Ideas - part of a set of product offerings designed to help organizations innovate better.
You may still see references to Solverboard in our account management and emails so please bear with us while we transition to our new name and branding.
How does your pricing work?
Your first month on Acclaim Ideas is free, so you can add as many of your team as you like while you figure out the best plan for you.
We have three pricing plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time (subject to our terms).
There are two types of user seats, Contributor (formerly known as Solver) and Professional. Each seat is assigned to a user, and a user must be assigned a seat in order to access the platform.
We charge for the upcoming month on the same date that you sign-up, based on your selected plan. We only charge once per month unless you make any changes, which will be a pro rata adjustment at the point you make the change. While we do not offer refunds, any reduction following a downgrade will be credited to your account to be offset against future charges.

What are your plans?
Acclaim Ideas has 3 pricing plans:
Professional is our entry-level plan where you can get going and start to manage your innovation process. The plan includes 1 Professional user and 15 Contributors to support continued idea generation.
Teams is a series of bundled plans designed to provide organizations with a larger user base at a fixed monthly cost. The series bundle starts with 10 Professional users and 200 Contributors. You can access additional bundles from your management account at ecommerce.acclaimideas.io. The Teams tier enjoys a discount on additional users over the Professional plan.
Enterprise is our custom plan for larger organizations, tailored to your specific needs and charged at a fixed monthly cost with flexible payment options. Please contact us to learn more.
All our plans are priced and billed either monthly or annually (depending on selection) on the anniversary date of joining.
How do I pay?
You can pay for Acclaim Ideas with any major credit or debit card.
For Enterprise customers, we can offer alternate payment options. Please contact us to arrange.
What is ecommerce.acclaimideas.io?
The ecommerce.acclaimideas.io domain (formerly myaccount.acclaimideas.io) is your organizational account. It’s where you sign up to and manage your Acclaim Ideas account.
You can use ecommerce.acclaimideas.io to change your subscription plan, view your receipts and payment details. We request that each organization has an Owner that manages your account through a separate login to your Acclaim Ideas platform.
How do I change the plan I'm subscribed to?
Head to ecommerce.acclaimideas.io and set your password (on your first visit). Then login, and select the plan you would like to switch to. Confirm when you're happy and head back to your platform which should now reflect the change.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
How is the price calculated when I upgrade or add new seats?
For any plan upgrade, we pro rata the change at the date of the request and bill at this point in time.
The adjustment charge will be calculated on the pro rata change in cost of the upgraded plan and the pro rata suspension in cost of the former plan with the net difference being charged at the next billing date.
How is the price calculated when I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription at any time in the billing period.
For any plan downgrade, we pro rata the change at the date of the request.
Any adjustment will be calculated on the pro rata change in cost of the downgraded plan and the pro rata suspension in cost of the former plan with the net difference being credited to your billing account.
We do not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation of your subscription.
Note: We never delete customer data through plan downgrades, only on termination of a subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Over time you will build a wealth of information on Acclaim Ideas in the form of knowledge, learning and intellectual property, so leaving us one day might worry you. However, it should not prevent you from joining and enjoying the benefits of managing innovation in one workspace.
We know things change. If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your subscription, we’ll make sure that you can manage the data that’s stored in your Acclaim Ideas account.
- We will wait for 48 hours before doing anything to give you time to make sure you definitely want to leave.
- We can then (subject to quote) provide a CSV file of your entire database. This may be subject to GDPR so we will also need to agree on transmission rules.
- After 5 days we will start the process to permanently delete your account and any remaining backups we have.
- Under UK law we will keep a record of our business transactions with you for 6 years.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds.
