Tanya Lazarus joined Sopheon 11 years ago and has been on the Product Management team for almost 7 years. She focuses on the daily aspects of  Project and Resource Management and the daily execution of projects for Accolade and Acclaim Projects. Her favorite part of the job is meeting with customers to understand what they are doing and why so she builds tools to make their jobs easier.  Before joining the product management team, she held almost every job in software development, including Consultant, Developer, QA Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager.
