How Sopheon helped
The company uses Accolade® to manage 100 percent of the company’s innovation projects. It also uses Accolade to manage artwork approvals. Sopheon helped the company set up the proper Stage-Gate® system for its project management needs and implemented new storage protocols in Accolade, using smart templates, P&L and other key documents to create a single source of truth and transparency.
Sopheon took special care to help the company design an Accolade implementation that was ideally suited to the way it does business.
