Sopheon helped the company set up the proper Stage-Gate® system for its project management needs and implemented new storage protocols in Accolade, using smart templates, P&L and other key documents to create a single source of truth and transparency.

Sopheon took special care to help the company design an Accolade implementation that was ideally suited to the way it does business. In addition to configuring standardized processes for NPD, Sopheon helped the company incorporate its own language and branding into templates and deliverables. This helped the company make the process “theirs” while still simplifying NPD activities.
