Cris Beswick is the Co-founder of Outcome, a consulting business that offers innovative strategies to its clients. He is the author of the book, Building A Culture Of Innovation, where he teaches leaders to embed a culture of innovation in their organizations. The book includes a blend of personal stories, experiences, and case studies from international organizations. In the second part of this series, Cris joins me to discuss the difference between culture and leadership and why we should not separate them. He explains how innovators and non-innovators can work toward innovation. He describes the shift in priorities the pandemic has forced, the companies that emerged more robust, and companies that couldn't adapt fast enough. Cris also shares why your organization needs to be human-centered from your customers' viewpoint.

"The closer we are to our customer, the more we can solve and build things for them—and ultimately innovate for them." - Cris Beswick
