Bryan is the consumer goods segment leader for Sopheon's Accolade solution suite. Bryan is an acknowledged expert on product development process optimization for consumer goods manufacturers. His perspectives and analysis have appeared in such publications as CGT and Retail Leader, and he is a frequent conference presenter. Bryan has advised consumer goods companies throughout the world on the use of innovation best practices to improve new product output and financial success.

Scott SiegelSenior Manager, Kalypso
Scott is a senior manager specializing in innovation strategy, global design and implementation of new product development and portfolio processes. He brings over 15 years of product management and product development experience with several leading brands and companies to Kalypso's clients.

Dr. Barbara BurnsKimberly-Clark Global Phase-Gate Process Owner, Corporate Innovation Team
Dr. Barbara Burns serves as the Global Phase-Gate Process Owner on the Corporate Innovation Team at Kimberly-Clark where she champions capabilities aimed at developing a sustainable Phase-Gate and Portfolio Management Process for the enterprise. She has 24 years of experience at Kimberly-Clark with roles in new product development, corporate research and engineering, and plant operations. Dr. Burns has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, and attended the Institute of Paper Science and Technology for her master’s and doctorate degrees in Paper Science.

Ron BrownRon Brown, PepsiCo Senior Director, CIO Global R&D & Global Nutrition Group
Ron is responsible for the systems related efforts in support of PepsiCo’s Global R&D team. His team leads the overall IT strategy for Global R&D and is currently focused on two global efforts that are a key part of PepsiCo’s transformation. PepsiCo’s focus on Innovation is supported by a single application managed by his team that has established a single common platform for PepsiCo and is a key enabler to PepsiCo’s Transformation. Prior to his current role Ron was Senior Director, CIO for the PepsiCo Corporate group which included Global Marketing, Global Procurement, Global Operations, Corp Finance, Legal and Communications. In his 30+ years of service with PepsiCo, Ron has held a wide variety of positions across several functions including Field Operations, Global Purchasing, Planning, Industrial Engineering, Strategy, Program Management and IT. His broad business and IT experience has created opportunities to work with a wide base of the business, both domestically and internationally. Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
