Sopheon plc, the international provider of software and services that improve the financial return from innovation and product development investments, announces that it was informed today that certain directors purchased shares, following the share consolidation processed on 14 October. Under the consolidation, every 500 existing ordinary shares of 20 pence each were consolidated into one new ordinary share of £100 each ("New Ordinary Shares").

Holdings listed below reflect New Ordinary Shares held by the director concerned and all his related parties.
