About Todd Seward

I've worked at Sopheon for about nine years now, in total. Originally, I started in our Client Services Group. Then, when Sopheon went through some hard times in late 2009, I was let go, but happily rejoined the team as a contractor less than a year later when things picked back up. Soon after that, a permanent position opened up in Customer Support and was offered to me, which I was glad to accept. I get a great deal of personal satisfaction when I help customers solve their problems and find answers to their questions.
