Responsible for identifying effective marketing strategies and messaging to brand Sopheon and sell Sopheon products, enhancing Sopheon's brand image to attract the target audience and meet global sales targets.

External Interfaces: Agencies, Industry partners, clients, marketing freelancers, analysts
Responsibilities:
Marketing programs
- Develop and execute programs and campaigns for lead generation, awareness, thought leadership, pipeline acceleration, and sales-enablement
- Analyze campaign results and identify additional tactics to increase pipeline velocity and win rates
- Identify new and emerging trends that represent opportunities for Sopheon
- Identify key opinion leaders and associations to align with in support of building brand awareness
- Work with Events Manager to select events and facilitate event planning
Messaging & content
- Develop messaging and tools for key target buyers
- Collaborate to drive website strategy, messaging, and web copy
- Provide editorial expertise, help manage and produce the content pipeline
- Work with Product Marketing, Product Management, and the Acclaim business unit for product-specific messaging
Sales enablement
- Work in collaboration with Product Marketing to rollout key sales tools and internal messaging documentation
- Have a detailed understanding of the selling models across the business and provide insights on how to optimize the marketing mix and deliverables to improve sales and BDR effectiveness
- Have a detailed understanding of the marketing funnel including content and TOFU conversions, leads
Partner & analyst marketing
- Identify and manage sponsorship programs
- Support key referral partnerships with content and tools to improve marketing conversions and sales success rates
- Work with Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Evangelist to support analyst programs and influence strategy
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing and editing content
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems are essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Web proficiency for research, discovery, and information collection
- Time management and people skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- High energy,
- results-oriented with good decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve volume and quality task objectives
- Desire to constantly learn through training, coaching, and industry publication, etc.
- Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in B2B SaaS software business highly desirable
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing
- Ability to travel as necessary
