The company began in 1993 as Netherlands-based PolyDoc.

When was Sopheon's initial public offering (IPO)?

The company listed on the AIM market in London in 1996 and then in 1997 on the Euronext in the Netherlands. In 2001 Sopheon initiated an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program through the Bank of New York to enable over-the-counter purchase of its stock by U.S. investors.

When does Sopheon report its results? 

Although it does not publish a strict schedule, Sopheon aims for the following timeline in meeting its regulatory reporting requirements: 

• Interim results for the preceding half year - end of August
• Preliminary results for preceding year - end of March or early April 
• Annual General Meeting and announcement - mid-June 

The date of release for a preliminary results statement or interim results statement will be confirmed prior to the statement itself being released. Both of these announcements will also include an update on current trading. A notice for the Annual General Meeting including its date and location will be sent to registered shareholders together with the annual report for the prior year, and a copy of the notice will be available on this Web site.

Sopheon's 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 am GMT on June 10, 2008 in London. An additional informational meeting for our Dutch investors will be held at 4:00 pm GMT+1 on June 11, 2008 in Amsterdam.
